Magyar Ház - is an officially registered estate-agency founded by Ferenc Koncz. The Slovakian side of our agency, Slovakia House, is ably run by Dr.Andrea Vajs and Julian Legeny, both Slovak solicitors, who operate from their practice in Velky Krtis, Slovakia.
The part of Slovakia that we cover is the sought after central-south of the country which enjoys the best weather and enchanting landscapes. Vienna and Budapest are both easy to get to from here.
We specialize in selling rural freeholds in Slovakia: country cottages, mansions and building ground. When it is necessary, we also help our customers through the entire procedure of forming a company - which is a prerequisite for the purchase of most agricultural land and forest.
Slovakia House offers a fully comprehensive service to our customers! The all-in prices of our listings include everything you need in order to be the rightful owner of your property: the house/land price, our commission, all legal and registration fees are accounted for. There are no hidden costs.

We also offer extras such as contacting utility companies in order to put your property's electricity, water or gas in your name. We can also help you open a bank account, arrange house insurance, and help with organizing renovations.
